HUBUNGAN KELELAHAN KERJA DENGAN KELUHAN MUSCULOSKELETAL DISORDERS PADA PENGEMUDI BUS TERMINAL REGIONAL DAYA

ABSTRAK
Musculoskeletal Disorders adalah keluhan pada bagian otot-otot skeletal yang dialami dari
keluhan sangat ringan hingga sangat berat. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui hubungan
kelelahan kerja dengan Musculoskeletal Disorders pada pengemudi bus di Terminal Regional
Daya. Penelitian menggunakan desain cross-sectional. Jumlah populasi yaitu sebanyak 514
orang, sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 84 orang pengemudi yang diperoleh dengan
metode simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan reaction timer
dan kuesioner Nordic Body Map (NBM). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan SPSS.
Hubungan kelelahan dan keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders diuji dengan uji chi-square.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jumlah pengemudi yang mengalami kelelahan yaitu sebanyak
61 (72,6%) orang, sedangkan yang memiliki keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders sebanyak 60
(71,4%) orang. Hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai p=0,000 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa
terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kelelahan kerja dengan keluhan Musculoskeletal
Disorders pada pengemudi bus di Terminal Regional Daya. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar
pengemudi dapat memperoleh waktu istirahat yang memadai untuk memulihkan energinya.

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN WORK FATIGUE AND MUSCULOSKELETAL
DISORDERS IN BUS DRIVERS AT THE DAYA REGIONAL TERMINAL
ABSTRACT
Musculoskeletal disorders are Disorders on the part of the skeletal muscles that are
experienced from very mild to very severe Disorders. The purpose of this study was to
determine the relationship between work fatigue and musculoskeletal Disorders in bus
drivers at the Daya Regional Terminal. This study used a cross-sectional design. The total
population is 514 people, and the sample used is 84 drivers obtained by simple random
sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a reaction timer and a Nordic Body
Map (NBM) questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed with SPSS. The relationship
between fatigue and musculoskeletal Disorders was tested using the chi-square test. The
results showed that the number of drivers who experienced fatigue was 61 (72.6%) people,
while those who had musculoskeletal Disorders were 60 (71.4%) people. The statistical test
results obtained p = 0.000 so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship
between work fatigue and musculoskeletal Disorders in bus drivers at the Daya Regional
Terminal. Therefore, it is suggested that drivers can get sufficient rest time to recover their
energy.
