Peer-Review Process

Submitted manuscripts will be evaluated by the editorial team to determine their alignment with the journal’s focus and scope, as well as to identify any major methodological flaws, within a two-week period. The editorial staff will assess whether all submission requirements have been met within one week. Authors will be granted a two-week period following notification to address any incomplete requirements. Failure to fulfil these requirements will result in the manuscript being rejected without further review.

Manuscripts are initially reviewed by the Editor. If they meet the journal’s standards, they are forwarded for evaluation by at least two independent reviewers from diverse institutions, selected by the journal’s editorial team based on their expertise. The submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process, assessing their contribution, originality, relevance, and presentation.

The possible outcomes of the review process include: (i) acceptance without revisions, (ii) acceptance with minor revisions, (iii) acceptance with major revisions, or (iv) rejection. Corresponding authors are provided with the opportunity to revise their manuscripts based on the feedback received from the reviewers. Written notification regarding the acceptance, publication, or rejection of the manuscript is communicated to the authors. The entire review process may take up to three months to complete.
