PENERAPAN EDUKASI TERBIMBING TERHADAP TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN ANGGOTA KELUARGA YANG MENGALAMIHIPERTENSI DIWILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS TUGU MULYO

Abstract

ABSTRAK
Latar belakang: Hipertensi menjadi salah satu penyakit tertinggi didunia, Hipertensi yang
tidak ditangani dengan baik dapat berakibat fatal bahkan kematian, Pengetahuan yang
kurang mengenai hipertensi dapat memperburuk penyakit ini, oleh karena itu pentingnya
pendidikan kesehatan bagi penderita hipertensi. Tujuan: memperoleh pengalaman dan
pengetahuan secara nyata serta dapat mendokumentasikan dalam penerapan edukasi
terbimbing terhadap tingkat pengetahuan anggota keluarga yang mengalami hipertensi.
Metode: jenis KARYA ILMIAH AKHIR NERS ini menggunakan metode deskritif dengan
pendekatan studi kasus mengeksplorasi masalah asuhan keperawatan pada klien dengan
Hipertensi. Asuhan keperawatan dilakukan pada pada tanggal 10 Juli 2023. Hasil: dari
tindakan edukasi terbimbing Pada Ny. N dengan diagnosa Defisit pengetahuan
berhubungan dengan kurang terpapar informasi ditandai dengan Ny.N mengatakan kurang
mengerti tentang masalah penyakit Hipertensi, hasil evaluasi pada klien didapatkan
peningkatan pengetahuan dari kategori cukup (skor 60%) menjadi kategori baik (skor
100%) setelah diberikan edukasi, masalah Defisit pengetahuan teratasi, dan intervensi
dihentikan. Kesimpulan: hasil evaluasikeperawatan pada Ny.N masalah teratasi intervensi
dihentikan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terapi edukasi terbimbing dapat meningkatkan
pengetahuan pada pasien hipertensi.

Background: Hypertension becomes one of the highest diseases in the world, untreated
hypertension can result in fatal even death, Lack of knowledge about hypertensive can
worsen the disease, therefore the importance of health education for people with high blood
pressure. Objective: Acquire experience andknowledge effectively as well as be able to
document in the application of guidance education to the level of knowledge of family
members suffering from hypertension. Method: type OF SCIENTIFIC FINAL WORK NERS
This uses descriptive method with a case study approach to explore the problem of nursing
care in clients with Hypertensive. Nursing Care was carried out on July 10, 2023. Results:
from guidance educational action In Ny. N with a diagnosis of knowledge deficit related to
the family’s inability to know the issue of hypertensive disease, The results of the evaluation
on the client obtained anincrease in knowledge from a sufficient category (score 60%) to a
good category (score 100%) after given education, the problem Knowledge Deficit was
overcome, and the intervention was stopped. Conclusion: the results of nursing assessment
on the Ny.N problem was addressed intervention ceased. It can be concluded that guide
educational therapy can improve knowledge in hypertensive patients.
